Obama Third Grade Photo Sent To President By Classmate

A former Manoa resident sent President Barack Obama an old photo of the two of them taken while they were third-grade classmates at Noelani Elementary School, requesting an autograph more than six months ago. He recently received the autographed picture back, as well as a personally signed thank-you note.

Scott Inoue, now a chiropractor in Stockton, Calif., said the small, black-and-white photo had been stashed away for almost 40 years at his childhood home in Manoa. For some reason, Inoue said, as he was growing up he always remembered that photo and wondered what became of "Barry."

Everything about him does, it's the hallmark of Obama Derangement Syndrome. I'm sure you've seen some of it on the Internet.

I was just reading some comments on an old YouTube video from the campaign, and I had forgotten how horrible some of the things they were saying about him, his mother, his grandmother, and his whole family were. They actually accused him of pulling the plug on his grandma on the day before the election to win some sympathy votes.

I've made some hyper-partisan things about Palin and McCain, but the stuff the wingnuts say about Obama is just vile.

I just love the look on Barack's face. It tells so much about what kind of person he
was back then, and still is today. This is a warm, engaging person, confident, friendly,
