Lindsay Lohan To Design Her Own Full Fashion Line: UPDATE With Sketches

Actress Lindsay Lohan is the designing gift that keeps giving. She first offered us hundred-dollar leggings last year as part of her 6126 line. In the fall, she proffered her pasties, plunging necklines and sequined hearts on Emanuel Ungaro's fashion week runway. She then resolved to resell her boots and blazers online at LohanHouse.com. And now, via Twitter, Lohan has promised a full clothing collection using the 6126 label:

"i need MORE followers i am so sad about this, how can i tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT! all clothing."

6126 is named after Marilyn Monroe's birthday. Lohan seems to prefer numerical nomenclature with her Sevin Nyne skin care line standing for her lucky numbers 7 and 9.

Update: WWD has the first set of sketches from Lohan's upcoming 6126 line and the following details:

The fall 2010 apparel line will comprise 100 pieces (spring 2011 will be 150) wholesaling from $18 for basic leggings to $300 for a leather jacket. Average retail price points will fall between $100 and $150.

Nothing in the sketches are all that original. I've seen clothes like this before and probably a couple of seasons ago. It's nothing new or exciting (but it is trashy).

Also, there's no way she actually sketched those.

I take it they are to serve as a kind of merit badge belt? Or, an ambulatory mash-up of a trophy case and advertising kiosk The resulting jeweled meritorious service pins can be affixed. How clever of her ...

I think they are pretty good.

I'm probably too old to wear most of the designs, but I like the silk charmeuse dress - and the clothes look easy to wear and comfortable (well, except for the high heels...).

I think it's a good job on Lindsay's part. Not ho-ish at all to me (well, except for the kneepads, lmao.)

The fact that she needs knee pads in her clothing kinda says she spends a great deal of time on her knees..God bless her! She's making somebody very happy..and to think I just went to a sporting good store for mine...got tired of the rug burn. Where was her line 15 years ago?
