Indiana Community Raises Funds For Dying Girl's Funeral

Sierra Cooper is losing her battle with muscular dystrophy. At 21, she knows she has little time left and since she is ineligible for life insurance, is worried that her funeral will burden her parents.

So the Clinton, Ind. resident threw a benefit for herself to raise the $6,000 it would cost for a proper burial. Her community, catching wind of the plan, came out in droves to support her.
