Crasher Seal Photobombs Group Of Penguins (PHOTO)

Imagine these poor penguins' surprise when they went to go pick up their pictures from the nearest 1 Hour Photo. Finally able to relax after months of withstanding the unbearably cold ancestral breeding grounds, all they wanted to do was take a group shot. But in an homage to crasher squirrel, some a-hole seal had to show up and ruin it. And of course, this is the only picture on the roll where nobody blinked. (via Reddit)

Of course its photoshopp­ed, seals don't smile.. it amazes me the number of people here going "Well real or not..." as if it could somehow have the possibilit­y of being real.

Cute. The seal stole the show. I thought it looked like a curious leopard seal, but the penguins wouldn't have been so calm if it was this seal species.

Almost certainly fake - I don't see how any object as close to the camera as the seal is supposed to be could possibly be in focus. Compare the infamous 'squirrel' picture, where the automatic focus means the middle and background lacks any definition­.

Also, the paragraph of anthropomo­rphic commentary at the head of this article drove me to spear myself in the forehead with a knife. Don't ever do this again.
