We should have known from the hair.

In honor of Elvis Presley's 75th birthday Friday, TIME Magazine did a round-up of the best Elvis impersonators of all time. Coming in right behind Johnny Cash was, you guessed it, our old lovable sleazeball Rod Blagojevich. Blago was ranked just ahead of Andy Kaufman, seen here on the Johnny Cash show.

If you thought openly selling Senate seats was unbelievable, just wait 'till you get a load of this. Rod goes all out with this August 2009 performance, for which he was, of course, handsomely paid.

It's probably the only money he's actually worked for in ages, though his upcoming appearance on Celebrity Apprentice should bring in a some more (relatively) uncorrupted bucks.

Compare Blago and Cash, and tell us who you think deserves the #1 spot.
