Canadian crooner Michael Bublé is getting hitched to his Argentinian actress girlfriend, Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre -- and has been engaged for the last two months, his longtime rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

"Michael proposed to his girlfriend, Luisana, in November, in front of her family in Argentina," rep Liz Rosenberg says. "They're ecstatic. They're adorable, in love and laugh all day long."

I saw him on Oprah and he did nothing but mock this woman. He immitated her bad accent and illustrated her ongoing mangling of the language. I thought it was embarrassing, to say the least, and wondered if she would belt him after the show.
