Blake Lively's Hole-y Thigh Highs: Love Them Or Lose Them? (PHOTO, POLL)

Despite freezing temps in New York City, Blake Lively never shies from showing a little skin. The Esquire cover girl walked the red carpet at Henri Bendel on Tuesday night in perforated thigh-high boots by Stella McCartney, seemingly no pants, and an unbuttoned white blouse revealing a black bra.

The event was a celebration for the publication of 'You Know You Want It: Style-Inspiration-Confidence' by Eric Daman, Gossip Girl's costume designer.

This is definitely cutting edge - Shoe/pant combo is something we haven't seen before. Sort of limiting (definitely couldn't get a lot of wear out of it) but it's a great look.

Not sure about the rest of the ensemble--the shirt looks a little sloppy and ill-fitting--but she definitely has the body for them and they make her legs look great.

And say what you want about Stella McCartney's aesthetic, but the woman is absolutely committed to producing cruelty-free clothing and accessories without the use of fur, leather, or any other animal byproducts.
