Representatives of the Dalai Lama will arrive in China on Tuesday for talks with the Chinese authorities, the first such meeting in 15 months, the Tibetan government-in-exile said on Monday.

The Da Lai Lama should appologise to his serfs and slaves, and return the treasure he removed from Lahsha ahead of his leaving Lahsa at the behest of, and in the pay of the CIA.

If he does that, then even I can imagine meaningful talks.

If you're going to bring up apologies, it's the sorry but unrepentant CC(sic)P who should be going first. It was hardly altruism that brought them into Tibet in the first place. CC(sic)P bureaucrats should be on their knees in prison cells not only for what they did to Tibetans, but for the millions of Chinese they killed through willful misrule.
