Jean-Claude Van Damme Considering Kickboxing Fight

Jean-Claude Van Damme plans to pursue a kickboxing fight, according to an article at ESPN.com. Jake Rossen writes that the Belgian actor "intends to fight Somluck Kamsing, a Thai boxer with 300-plus bouts to his credit (this according to Van Damme)."

Kamsing is 37. Van Damme is 50. Fighting at that age is "kind of dangerous, but life is short," the actor said.

At his press conference, Van Damme also explains his plans for a reality TV show.

So, let him make some money - I would do the same. It's better than Segall driving around with the police in New Orleans saying the same thing every week - Boring. I would like to see Van Damm fight Segall. My money would be on Van Damm - He's a better athlete.

Why don't we just get it over with? Chuck Norris vs Jean Claude. Both are former pros. Jean would have some youth on his side, but Chuck has the much longer fight career and world championship from which to draw on.

Now, if we could find someone willing to step in the ring with Cynthia Rothrock, who could beat both Chuck and Jean, then maybe we could have a ladies bout on the same night.
