In a discussion with Oprah Winfrey, Jay Leno explained his decision not to retire, and scoffed at Oprah's plans to retire in 2011.
"How many times are you gonna retire?" Leno asked the queen of daytime, who announced her plan to leave her wildly popular show in November of 2009. "You're still on."
Leno's appearance on Oprah comes just on the heels of NBC's decision to fire Conan O'Brien and reinstate Leno as the host of "The Tonight Show." In the clip below, Leno responds to Oprah's question about why he didn't simply leave NBC when his 9pm hour, "The Jay Leno Show," was canceled.
