Jordan Hicks Picks TEXAS: Top Ohio Prospect Chooses Longhorns

Jordan Hicks has picked Texas over Ohio State and Florida for college, just moments after Jackson Jeffcoat also announced his choice as Texas.

As a senior linebacker, Hicks had been touted as one of the nation's top defensive prospects and Ohio's top prospect, per

Hicks announced the Longhorns as his choice at a press conference at Lakota West High School outside Cincinnati.

ESPNU's 150 rankings had Hicks ranked the nation's No. 4 prep player, giving him an 87 scouts grade.

Hicks has developed an identity as one of the nation's best pass-rushers.
