nydailynews.com:

Gov. Paterson has a paltry $620,000 in available cash to spend on a primary - about 20 times less than his likely Democratic opponent, Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

An analysis of the $3 million in campaign cash Paterson has on hand reveals he has far less for a primary battle than originally thought. The $620,000 is not even enough to buy a week's worth of TV airtime in the state.

Pet peeve: He does not have "twenty times less" money; he has one-twentieth (1/20 or 5%) of the amount in Cuomo's war chest. "X times less" has no meaning and the persistent use of it undermines society's already weak grasp of math.

He would crash and burn even if he added 2 zeroes to that number. That's right I said it. He would lose to Cuomo even if he had $63 million to spend.

If he is smart he'll take a job working at some University or for Obama. Sad way to end a political career.

That's like saying... Lincoln is to blame for heading the Republican Party and becoming the first Republican President for putting George Bush in the White House.

Poor Davey Paterson. He's too blind to see how much we want him gone.

That is a fork in his behind.

Do you think Cuomo will be any better?

I guess if you're a real estate developer you would.
Or think political dynasties are cool.
