It's a good idea, I'm sure that LGBT community will benefit from folks dedicated to understanding the consumers in their market segment. i wonder if the ex-goldman fellows are gay. I'd bet they are otherwise they're likely to get a bit of the cold shoulder for acting a bit too opportunistically. And if they are gay men, well it's pretty cool for them too, they don't have to be closeted or deal with the stresses of discrimination in the workplace.
