Mischa Barton was recently confused with an actress photographed at the SAG Awards, but Monday Mischa herself was snapped at a fashion show in Madrid.

Here she is at the Cristian Lay show. No word on how she is paying for the trip.

The story was that she has refused to pay the rent, not that she's unable to.

Perhaps the term "deadbeat" is a bit harsh for a young woman who is still learning reality? Sure, she skipped on her rent, but it also seems as if much of that happened from her own bad decisions on money management more than being a perennial deadbeat.

Sorry, when you have that much money (or at least like to pretend you do) then you don't get a pass for not paying rent. If you are over 18 then it's time to put your big girl pants on and take care of your responsibilities before doing a ton of coke and barfing up the glass of water you call breakfast.

Most people don't make excuses for spoiled hollywood tarts, let's not start a trend.
