More attention and more money mean more projects, and more projects may require Psihoyos to start up a production company to handle the demand.
"We won't be able to run it out of my studio anymore," he said. "We're going to get too big."
But time in the Hollywood spotlight isn't likely to lure Psihoyos away from Colorado. He likes calling Boulder home, which he describes as tucked safely away between the two oceans, and he says not being a part of the Hollywood machine can lend a certain realness to films.
