After nearly five months on the market, Bernie Madoff's penthouse apartment has gone into contract.
The swanky Upper East Side pad was originally listed for $9.9 million back in September, but was later cut to $8.9 million.
Alfred R. Kahn, the CEO of 4Kids, is reported to be the new owner of the 133 East 64th Street apartment.
