George Hill Naked Pictures Cause Heated Exchange

George Hill's naked body may be here to stay on the web. Nude pictures of the 23-year-old San Antonio Spurs guard appeared at the web site TheDirty.com. (Warning: click here to see the NSFW pictures.)

A lawyer for the Spurs sent the web site a letter claiming that "the photographs were disseminated illegally and without permission." The organization "demand[s] that thedirty.com immediately and permanently remove the photographs and all references to the Spurs and the Spurs' Marks from its web site." Scroll down to see the full letter, which was posted at TMZ.

Unfortunately for the Spurs and George Hill, a lawyer for TheDirty.com shot back, dismissing a Spurs argument as "totally without merit" and calling the team "not so sophisticated" as TheDirty.com readers.

For now, it appears that Hill's body will remain on display. Scroll down to see the full letters.

Only in America do people frown on this. This issue is non-exista­nt throughout most of the world. Probably why we can't seem to get our real issues together, we spend far too much time worrying about who's in bed with who. People are starving, dying, homeless, fearful, losing family members, not carrying medical coverage and the $ isn't worth Sh3t. Move on. This too shall pass.

Looks like the Spurs are represente­d by the same NFL legal team that tried to get New Orleans to stop selling those Who Dat t-shirts. Maybe not, but both tried defending their client's interests with flimsy legal arguments. Be careful who you keep on retainer!
