Harry Reid's CA Fundraising Blitz

As our friends at the Sunlight Foundation have noted in their Party Time blog, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is getting ready to embark on a California fundraising blitz, which will take him down the Pacific Coast, from San Francisco to Bel Air, early next week.

Facing a tough re-election fight, Reid has been drumming up cash from all across the country this year. 72 percent of the money he has raised has come from outside Nevada -- by far his highest proportion of out-of-state fundraising since at least 1998, records show.
