Rep. Diane Watson (D-Calif.) is retiring at the end of this Congress, a Democratic source confirmed to CQ-Roll Call on Wednesday.

Watson, 76, is the second member of Congress whose retirement has been confirmed today. Rep. Watson is the 12th Democrat who will leave Congress at the end of 2010.
