I never spend time getting even. First off it's childish, secondly it shows you still aren't over it, and thirdly if you spend your time getting even you'll never get ahead. I say give them enough rope, they always hang themselves.

I remember an episode of "Roseanne" where her sister has date with a very young George Clooney and he told her he couldn't keep their date because his parents were going to be in town, so she goes out that night with some girlfriends to a club and there's Clooney with a hot looking woman. Whoa!!! What's a girl to do? Roseanne's sister excuses hersefl and walks up to the table where Clooney and his date are sitting and tells him something like, 'Don't forget to not stay out so late because the babysitter has to leave soon.' Clooney's date gets up furious with him. "You're married!" she says and then walks out in a huff. Not surprisingly, Roseanne's sister then walked triumphantly back to her table with a big smile. Now, that's the way to get even.
