Elizabeth Edwards Threatens To Sue Andrew Young (VIDEO)

On Thursday, ABC News reported that Elizabeth Edwards is now threatening to sue her recently-seperated-from-husband's former campaign aid for "alienation of affection" -- a type of lawsuit so rare that only 7 states even allow it.

Her argument for the suit is that Young's role in covering up Edward's affair with mistress Rielle Hunter (who Edwards allegedly proposed to this week) was in part responsible for the failure of the Edwards' marriage.

Elizabeth hasn't gone through with the suit yet -- but she did give Young a list of demands that he must meet in order for her to decide to drop the issue. These demands include, but are not limited to:

*That Young donate $250,000 to the Wade Edwards Foundation

*That Young must stop talking publicly about the Edwards' marriage, and return voice mails she allegedly left him during the 2008 presidential campaign. (In one of these voice mails she called Hunter a "concubine" and told Young to stay away from her family.)

Young has not yet met the demands and Elizabeth has not yet gone through with the suit. He told reporters outside a North Carolina courthouse, "I am fighting for this. They've called me and my family liars and we're going to fight to the very end. ... That's not true." This isn't, however, the only suit Young is facing -- Hunter is also suing him for possession of an alleged Edwards-Hunter sex tape shot during the presidential campaign when Hunter was pregnant.
