Heidi Montag showed off her dramatic plastic surgery transformation Saturday night at Las Vegas's Pure Nightclub at a party she hosted with husband Spencer Pratt. She said she's happy with her surgeries but not done with them.
"My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," she told People. "And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. ... I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."
