Judge Radkoff forty years ago would have been considered an ordinary judge making the obvious decisions to protect the interests of the investors and other citizens. Now he is called a "maverick" judge for exhibiting courage within a milieu of fraud, public bribery and corruption of our declining organization. Judge Radkoff must be public acclaimed for his rigorous enforcement of the law (competence) and courage in such a terrible environment for honorable leaders to do what is right..

'Compensation consultants hired by companies, [Judge Rakoff] said, often support “bloated compensation.”"

lolll...well, a slight mistatement. They may support "bloated compensation" for management, but those outside consultants inevitably say the rank and file are paid enough or overpaid.

They wouldn't be hired, otherwise; their primary role is as the designated scapegoat.

I love this judge! We need more like him on the bench. It's high time our judicial system stopped rubber stamping whatever big businesses want.
