Wondering why? If you try typing "How do I get..." into Google's searchbox, you'll see Google try to automatically complete the search term. A few odd suggestions pop up, including "How do I get my sister to sleep with me?
This unlikely phrase has to do with a Google feature that's designed to expedite searches. The "Google Suggests" suggestions are taken from searches users all over the world have done on Google, as well as searches you've done, sites in Google's search index, and ads on Google.
