Real Estate Mogul's Widow Asks $50M For Mansion

According to Christophe Choo Real Estate Group, Bren Simon, widow of billionaire Real Estate Mogul Melvin Simon, has put her grandiose Bellagio Road mansion on the market for the bank-breaking price tag of $50 mil. The 20,000-sq. foot estate boasts 8 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, and such creature comforts as a billiards room, movie theater, indoor pool with lounge area, and a sprawling 2,000 sq. foot master suite. Simon purchased the property in 2006 for $27.5 M and is now asking almost double for it. Good luck, Bren.
