Now if some of the RepubNOcans who are really fiscal conservatives at heart , have the courage to walk their own talk, they will promote a public option and break ranks with the obstructionist policies of their own party. Any economist will tell you that the current for-profit health care system in America is unsubstainable and will run this country in to bankruptcy if it is left to it's own devises.
