Good for that eleven year old! The only property that could get when I was eleven years old was only on the Monopoly board game.

Sentence correction: The only property that I could get when I was eleven years old was on the Monopoly board game.

It makes you wonder why our tens of millions of OUR TAX MONEY is sent to this oil rich country every single year as military and economic assistance!

Donald Trump's "The Art of the Deal" must be required reading in Azeri middle schools.

I have been telling my kids for years to put their allowances away in their piggy banks but would they listen to me, no! This is a lesson, don't spend your money on fun, be frugal and invest wisely and you never know what will eventuate.

but you need "foreign Aid" coming into your household so you can "redirect" some into your kids accounts...then they will be successful

what a WONDERFUL thing for a child to do . . . sometimes I wish I had bought property in Malibu in the 50's when I was in my "elevens", instead of spending my allowance on a Davy Crocket cap and a Fanner Fifty . . . . .

1-2 punch, eh Washington Zionist lobby?

No mention of the Armenian militias with French and Russian arms killing 100s of 1000s of Azeris civilians during WWI and then Armenian invading and occupying Nargorno Karabakh.

WaPo, Neo Con rag and zionist mouthpiece that it is, does not mention the 100 of billions of dollars in Swiss bank accounts delivered by corrupt officials in developing countries in the Muslim world- nor investigates the nearly 1 trillion dollars of wealth from India in Swiss accounts, but Azeri corruption is revealed?
How timely since Turkey has been working towards normalizing and resolving relations between Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabkh as well has been brokering steps to end Israeli control of Golan Heights and Sheba Farms as part of Obama's Peace Initiative. But the rightwing Israeli leadership wants to derail Obama and obstruct his efforts until a more favorable American president comes into office.

Thus, unseating the Azeri president serves to obstruct Azerbaijani foreign affairs just as the Armenian genocide resolution serves to obstruct Turkey's role in the region. WaPo is the kind of litter box liner that would do the Israeli lobby's interests even if it means prolonging instability and conflict. Well done obstructing Obama.

So basically what you are saying Usama is that the Muslim despots need our sympathy and that the Zionists are arming their own enemies? Interesting. Ridiculous, but interesting.

Who's the despot in this discussion, bro?
Alham Aliyev was elected into office and is America's oil man. The purchases were in Dubai and were likely done on behalf of Aliyev's politics. But Israel doesn't like Dubai or Azerbaijan.
Im speaking about the machinations of multiple actions in different locations coordinated to accomplish a particular objective, namely the obstruction of Obama's Peace initiatives which would position Israel as the lone holdout to sustained instability and conflict during which time they continually seek advantages and opportunities for future undermining. I dont mind explaining it, but if your sympathies lie with Israel, so be it. But beware: you will judged by God by with whom you allign yourself. Support Israel and you will be with them before God. If that's cool with you, so be it. So we got that to look forward to, and that's something. My motto is: Sincere regard for Truth is Loyalty, Disregard for Truth is Treachery.
Peace.

Shame on all of you for bashing this kid. I think it is great that an 11 year old is investing in his future by buying real estate at depressed prices instead of playing on a PlayStation all day.

Full Disclosure Statement: I just booked a ticket to go to Azerbaijan and beg for a job as this kid's Chief of Staff. If he can blow $44 million in two weeks, he can afford to pay me $1 million year to manage his affairs.

I wonder which fund he got the money from. The war orphan fund or the defense fund. I agree though, smart kid. He may need a place to escape to with his folks once it gets too dangerous for them in Baku.

East Europe is full of corrupt politicians (much like the US). Oleg Voronin went from dead broke to the richest man in Moldova in only 10 years thanks to his dad. He got his jump start stealing and smuggling and when dad became president moved into buying the utilities when they were privatized. He's still one of the major links in the sex slave export business.

Knowing Aliyev, he'll authorize that the internet be banned in Azerbaijan just so he can hide this.

One shouldn't expect Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh to live under the rule of such a corrupt despot.
