Oscar Nominations: The Books Behind The Movies (PHOTOS)

The Oscars are just around the corner, and out of the ten movies nominated for Best Picture, four are based on books.

This isn't the first year that book adaptations have been recognized at the Academy Awards -- from "All Quiet on the Western Front" in 1930 to "No Country for Old Men" in 2007, films based on books have been among the front runners since the start of the Oscars.
