a LOT of out of work folks who have the potential to make a living in these states by placing affiliate marketing ads in the web sites they put up will lose a great deal of income and go back on the unemployment, welfare roles and pounding the pavement for work. its unbelievable states could be this stupid, especially midwest states!

I imagine the support come wholly from we the state and not we the people. It's time for we the people to start firing we the state.

Who can tax the sale? The state where the buyer resides? No. The stated where the seller resides? No. The state where the CC is processed? No. The state where the server sits? No.

An international sale is, completely, one sticky wicket.

Give up and just plan on taxing MJ.

What right do states have to charge taxes for something in which they have no part? Call your governor, make it an issue. Republicans shouldn't be the only ones to carry the anti-tax torch (they do nothing to earn the right to carry it).

Still waiting for states to consider jacking up the top marginal tax rates of those who have had all of the wealth transferred to them over the past 30 years, to see them start closing tax loopholes for the WEALTHY, go after tax dodgers, to see them END corporate welfare in their states, etc. But, no . . . nobody can CONCEIVE of increasing state revenues by cracking down on the people who have LOOTED and RUINED the country.

Fanned. Also, Colorado and the other states will have to explain why they're enforcing only the people they can see, and not the entire world. Ridiculous idea. Especially, as oooJadeooo says, Colorado won't tax the wealthy.
