Rove gives the impression he only dropped and gave Powell 20 once - at the entrance to the Oval Office - but if that's the photo of it, it looks like Powell wants him to do MORE! He doesn't look embarrassed at ALL!
And if this isn't the photo of that incident, then he's done it more than once, so he's lying again!
I think Rove should "drop" and give America 20 YEARS!
