I remember and admired Mrs,. Kennedy for her elegance although she carried a certain sense of elitism. One could not relate to her life as easily as the way we can identify with Michelle Obama.There is a different warmth and playfulness with the Obama's and their beautiful family.

These are good. It's good to see that he and the Bidens have a real connection; no dysfunction evident unlike Bush and Cheney.Seems like there is a genuine friendship especially with the girls playing together.

as a basketball mom, I gotta say that the pics of the Obama/Biden families watching the girls' game is my favorite. I love how they sit on those hard wooden bleachers just like the rest of the parents looking just like any ordinary family.

Another misleading headline in the Style section. But, hey, there goes Michelle again, with that smoking hot sexy look, in the photo where she is dancing with the Prez.. I thought I was going to see hoop skirts and thigh high hooker boots, from the title. Glad I was wrong!

Harry Connick Jr., a proud and treasured New Orleanian, was a most excellent choice for that event, coming as it did on the heels of the NO Saints Super Bowl win! But then, our White House has been the stage of some great, diverse cultural events during this administration, with incredible range of artists. I would love to be able to attend something there during this administration and be in the company of this amazing and inspiring couple!
