Singer Josh Groban has put his 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath Tuscan style Malibu villa, purchased in 2005 for $4.125 M, on the market for $6.1 M. The 3,294-square-foot Point Dume home sits on 1.8 acres, and comes equipped with a recording studio, a tennis court, a one-bedroom guest house, and a pool and spa complete with waterfall and poolside cooking and entertainment area.
