Here in Moldova if you are HIV positive and they know it, you aren't coming in. And certainly no way you will get residency

The same policy as this country has as far as I know. Foreigners with HIV or AIDS are not allowed in to even attend AIDS conferences in the USA. If that's changed with this "fierce advocate of Gay rights" in the white house, I'd like to know.
