Murray Hill Inc For Congress

Washington Post:

Murray Hill might be the perfect candidate for this political moment: young, bold, media-savvy, a Washington outsider eager to reshape the way things are done in the nation's capital. And if these are cynical times, well, then, it's safe to say Murray Hill is by far the most cynical.

Murray Hill Inc is on the right track by exercising its (his/her?) Supreme Court sanctioned right to run for Congress, but there is so much more for corporate citizens to do. We at Proxy Human Interface Services (phiserv.com) are addressing this challenge by assisting aspiring corporate citizens in their efforts to run for public office at every level of government - national, state, local, legislative/executive/judicial - potentially all at once. It's a new world - power to the prepared corporate citizen!

Murray Hill, Inc: Campaign Stunt Launches Corporate 'Candidate' For Congress - let's hope it is just a stunt. But, it doesn't appear to be. What a stupid country this is! Hello Roman Empire. Our days are numbered.

And you thought our human candidates had a good time going at each other for not paying taxes.

Also, it just occurred to me that America's dying unions should just call themselves corporations. When they lose billions of dollars Congress would just write a check. Most excitingly, the first time a union-corporation had a Supreme Court case, half of the justices (you know which half!) would have their heads explode! I'd pay to see it.

Joke? Actually, I'm not even sure I'd trust our Supreme Court with this one!

If corporations are found guilty of murder,

does everybody in the company have to be executed?

Starting with the major shareholders and going all the way down to employees who claim, "It's not my rule (but you have to follow it)".

I have a different question. When the government is guilty of murder, does everyone in the country have to be executed? I think no... only the people who aren't actively trying to execute those responsible.

agreed, the USA war mongers, tortures, and allows torturers to publicly proclaim torture is good. That's war crimes.

The world will hold the USA responsible, all of us, if we don't deal with it.

What I'd like to know is, "Can corporations marry each other, and if so, how do you tell which sex they are, and then would all of this harm the institution of marriage as defined as being between one man and one woman?"

It's called "mergers" and it is totally homoerotic.

We are doomed if we allow corporations to take our lives over at this magnitude. We might need some socialism to reverse this!

25 years to run for Congress.

Um, Murray Hill is only 5.

I believe you need to be 35 years old to run for congress.

Since Murray Hill is a corporation, it is the combined ages off all of the employees. Therefore, Murray Hill is more than qualified. They can also give themselves as much campaign money as they please.

Corporations already have more rights than citizens in this country. Murray Hill can legally merge with Charles Schwab, but Murray Jones cannot marry Charles Smith in most states. Yet another slap in the face of the progressives by the conservatives. When will the hypocrisy and double standards end?
truthtopower7   06:02 PM on 3/13/2010
I nominate Barak Obama.

Bad news people. I hear Proctor and Gamble is entering the race too and is about to announce it. They're loaded with free speech (money----wink wink).
