REGINA -- Calling it "a good day for victims of crime," Saskatchewan's justice minister applauded a court decision ordering killer-turned-author Colin Thatcher to turn over the profits of his book Final Appeal: Anatomy of a Frame.

In a decision released Monday, Court of Queen's Bench Justice Ted Zarzeczny upheld the provincial Profits of Criminal Notoriety Act.
