South Park Takes On Tiger Woods, Celeb Sex Addicts (VIDEO)

Couldn't the Tiger Woods scandal have coincided with the "South Park" season? Jeez. The nerve of that guy. It's not enough for him to sleep with every woman he sees; he has to make us wait for "South Park" to make fun of him, too? Selfish, Tiger. Just selfish.

But alas, the wait is finally over. "South Park" kicked off its new season last night, taking on Tiger and other celebrity sex addicts. Cartman and Kenny played an intense game of "EA Sports Tiger Woods PGA Tour." Wait til you see the realism.

There's a shot at the 5:30 mark that affected me more than any photo has ever affected me.

I think the idea was to show that all men were in on a big conspiracy to hide the male desire to sleep with a lot of women. Obama is the president and so he was a big part of the large male conspiracy, as most conspiracies are rooted in fear of the people with the most money/power/influence.

If you though that Obama was "pilloried" in the episode, then you're letting your politics seep into a very funny South Park episode.

most it was OK, and showed some of the crazy lengths some people will go to CYA. But why EXACTLY did the include Obama in the conspriracy? Just because he is a black guy? I can't think of any other reason since AFAIK he has never had this kind of "issue", so it can either be random or simply because they wanted to slam a black prez.

I was bored. I turned it off and did something else about half way through. Just a string of obvious jokes... once kyle started in about "personal responsibility" it started feeling like any other number of preachy SP episodes. Matt and Tre can really nail it when they're on, but I really wasn't feeling it this time. I read that they finished it with some punch out non sequitur, but I don't know. They can just be astounding in their ability to turn out a brilliant episode mere days after an event, but despite all of the time that they had to attack this topic, I was really hoping for something a few steps higher. Here's hoping for a brighter future :)
