Early yesterday morning 25,000 runners set out to cross the finish line of the 25th annual LA Marathon, spanning 26.2-miles from Dodger Stadium to the Santa Monica Pier. Kenyan Wesley Korir became the first back-to-back winner in 8 years, completing the race with a time of 2:09:19 and scoring the $43,100 prize. Taking first place in the women's event with a time of 2:25:38 was Edna Kiplagat, also hailing form Kenya. Plenty of celebs took part, including Shia LeBeouf running on behalf of the Veterans, Gordon Ramsey of Hell's Kitchen, and Hills star Audrina Patridge, who competed to raise money for a children's charity.
