Sandra Bullock Hosts Business Dinner, Breaks Down In Front Of Family

Sandra Bullock has been hiding out and canceling promotional appearances for 'The Blind Side' since news of her husband's affair broke last week, but x17.com reports that she hosted a business dinner Sunday night outside of LA to talk with film producers about a movie in which she would play Meryl Streep's daughter.

"They laughed and had a great time over grilled chicken, salmon and brown rice," a source at the dinner told x17. "You couldn't even tell she was going through something."

Monday night, the website reports, Sandra dined with family and friends and had a harder time keeping it together.

"Sandy broke down at one point but she came right back," the source said. "She is talking about her next move. So sad and tragic. She is talking a lot about emails the kids are sending to her. It's really emotional here right now."

Another source tells Fox411 that Sandra is seeking comfort in her family and that she has talked to Jesse over the past week.

"[Sandra is] keeping to herself and there are people in her life to help her through this, including her family, especially her father," the source said. "Friends have been calling and checking up on her, but she's doing better every day. She will bounce back."

Meanwhile Sandra and Jesse are both reportedly shopping for divorce lawyers.

Jimbeaux.....I have to admit, my first thoughts about the guy where not very positive.

It's not the tatoos that put me off but something about his eyes...he seems not to look directly at people...anyhow, I have often made mistakes about people by my impression of how they looked or how their voice sounded on the phone...after getting to know those people better, I found I had really misjudged them...so I try and stay more open to searching out the contents of the person not the cover.
However it happened...why blame her?

The only times I have seen what I thought was a positive look to him was when I saw him photographed with his kids...he appears very protective of them.
It isn't just Sandra's situation...left and right people are diving out of good relationships into the cess pool of nasty encounters. If you are not connecting to someone...leave, no?

Jesse should have acted like a man and not allowed these things to happen, because a grown man would know the consequences of his actions and who would be hurt by them. I don't think that Jesse had grown up to be the man of responsibility and commitment that a woman like Sandra expects or needs him to be. He has failed miserably, by acting like a single guy with careless fun on his mind and little else. A unique and special lady like Sandra deserves more appreciation, an equal who gives as much as he takes. Jesse is not that equal, and I don't believe Sandra should have to wait years to wait for him to reach his mental manhood.

Sandra, it's time to learn from your mistake, to move out and move on with your life. Easy love comes and goes, but lasting, meaningful love is harder to find. It takes work and isn't always joyful, but it does require the constant efforts of two people who care about each other to find a way through the tough times. Happiness is out there for you, I know it. What you've experienced is not an insurmountable obstacle that an intelligent and wise woman like you can't overcome. You'll just have to wait a bit longer and look a little harder to find that deserving someone who is smart enough to know what they have before they are dumb enough lose it.

Poor Ms. Bullock. Seems like a nice woman. Dropped million-dollar bombs on Louisiana and Haiti. Never heard a bad word spoken about her...a genuine shame.
She deserves a faithful man, and I hope she finds him.

No one saw James with these 4 different women around town and called her?
She has NO friends?
If I'm skipping around town with 4 "other women" someone would see me and tell my wife in 30 minutes.

Did it ever occur to you not to blame her for his behavior. Have you heard of the word trust? She was betrayed. I'm sure he made every attempt to continue the deceit. Ms. Bullock is neither blind, deaf nor dumb. In my opinion, he's the idiot for risking the relationship. He was so lucky to have her as his wife. I hope she'll find the strength to get over this betrayal.
