The Daily Beast:

When last the public saw Tareq and Michaele Salahi, they were refusing to answer questions from members of a House panel about how they got into President Barack Obama's first State Dinner.

Today, The Daily Beast has confirmed from two sources that the so-called White House gatecrashers, whose prank ultimately cost presidential Social Secretary Desiree Rogers her job, are poised to take center stage once again as the most visible members of the upcoming Bravo series The Real Housewives of D.C. After one of the most visible reality-TV series auditions in history--yes, Bravo cameras were on hand as the Salahis arrived for that ill-fated White House event--the couple has now been fully embraced as the focal point of the series, expected to premiere in July.

There was a time, in recent memory, when Bravo ran some quality programming. Now, Inside the Actors Studio, Kathy Griffin My Life on the D List and Workout, are increasingly isolated as Bravo searches for the bottom.

"The Real Housewives of D.C." is a lame title. Since they are so very proud of their new series featuring the Salahi's, they really should come up with a new series title.

I suggest. "Beltway Trash."

So I guess Bravo and the Salahis pulled off their little stunt. And there's money to be made.

Am I supposed to say "bravo!"? Don't hold your breath.

First, Palin gets a show, then these criminal clowns.

I'm glad the Salahis' bad behaviour was rewarded. Now let me get in touch with the Kristallnacht-Republicans (Tea Party Welfare louts ), who spat on American elected officials and more, and let them know they can have their own tv non-News-Corp-programme.

Where are we as a country when:

We REWARD mistresses for breaking up a marriage.
We REWARD a couple for "crashing" a White House function.
We REWARD a couple for "pimping" their children.
We REWARD a single woman for having "eight" babies.
We REWARD a Governor that leaves her state "high and dry".
We REWARD people that incite "hate and violence".

Oh, I could go on ... I need more coffee.

Bravo has just become trash TV... Disappointed, but they crossed the line on this one. I was a big fan too. I won't reward them by watching this one. I thought Atlanta and the Jersey "ladies" were beyond bad taste... Maybe Andy should address why they (Bravo) reward bad behavior with $$$ on that stu.pid talk show of his...

"Bravo" is rewarding someone who is likely to be convicted of criminal behavior with her own television reality show? The need for greed in America has just become way too nauseating. How many people would be interested to form local boycotts of "Bravo"?

Great. Become criminals and get put on a TV show. What happened to the "GO TO JAIL" part of being a criminal? What happened to the "YOU CAN'T WRITE A BOOK OR GO ON TV AND PROFIT FROM YOUR CRIME" part of being a criminal.

Well, in a country where the VP can out the name of a CIA agent just to discredit the agents husband and get away with it, I guess you can get away with anything.

Bravo my azzzzzzz. Why not package them with a Sarah Palin Nature show???? Hmmmmmmmmm?

I hope Bravo and Discover lose a ton of dough on these asinine ventures.

The voice of "nature" whose poloicies will destroy the ecosystem in beautiful Alaska, no less. We Americans have some serious issues in our entertainment values!

These are people with no class. I think it reflects just how dumbed down our country has become. Reality shows seems to rule. Shame on Bravo for picking two deceitful people, and trying to get ratings with them.
Bravo does not seem to have any standards.

In my humble opinion, people who watch shows like the "Real Housewives" series are prime candidates for Soylent Green.
