This Week In Weird: Brackets, Budgets, Bus Drivers And Buddhist Battery (PHOTOS)

Aside from plenty of big news, we also had our share of unusual news stories this week here in Chicago. The state budget, by all accounts a disaster, won an award -- for looking good. A woman called the police, saying she was trapped -- in jail. And then, of course, there's "Pizzagate," Michelle Obama's possibly blasphemous suggestion that some place called Grimaldi's in some place called New York might have a slice that bears comparison to Chicago.
