Duh! Did the US never hosted as World Cup or the Olympics? Germany did that in 2006, China did that in 2008, Vancouver did it in 2010. I seriously cannot imagine one country that would tolerate that poor people beg foreign tourists for money or even rob them.

But when South Africa is doing it, it is ev.il ev.il.
