The Brazilian Government is the largest single buyer of condoms in the world, importing around a billion of them every year. In 2008, the Government announced the start of a new programme to produce condoms using environmentally sustainable rubber, which will curb its dependence on imported contraceptives, provide jobs for local people and help preserve the world's largest rainforest.

I really love all the puns! This is a great article. I have to commend the Brazilian government for forgoing the status quo and pressure from out side interests. We could learn something. If Brazil can stand up to the Pope then we can stand up to the Righteous Reich.

I wonder how the market for huge condoms is doing. Is it a huge market. Is Brazil going to have a huge sale on huge condoms.

The person that wrote this headline was setting this joke up and I felt that it was my duty to do a punch line.
