Just off his widely reported delayment of state school aid payments due to a lack of funds, Gov. David Paterson hinted that the state may have to withhold funds in June as well.
"It's likely that the state will run out of cash again in the beginning of June," Paterson told Susan Arbetter on WCNY's The Capitol Press Room.
