Tiger Woods Masters Prank: 'Bootyism' Plane Flies Over Augusta (PHOTOS)

Tiger Woods' return to professional golf has gone smoothly so far. He remains on the leaderboard and was showered with praise when he hit his first tee shot of the Masters. There was one slight hitch, however.

An airplane flew over Augusta National, asking, "TIGER: DID YOU MEAN BOOTYISM?" Bootyism, according to the authorities at Urban Dictionary, is "a religion originating in the east(coast) encouraging the endowment of large quantities of (female) booty, getting booty, banging booty, etc." (The definition has only 32 positive votes.)

The sign is an obvious reference to Buddhism, which Woods referenced in his public apology for his myriad affairs. Tiger said he had "drifted away" from the religion in recent years.

In January, another plane banner mocked Woods at a tournament he did not even attend. Scroll down for photos from today's episode.

It shows his hypocrisy to his wife, family and religion and the hypocrisy of the Masters, the PGA (officials and players) the network, sponsors, etc. They overlook all that he has done just so he'll play and raise the total revenue for them.

First, what kind of a lunatic is so spiteful and so obsessed that they would spend money on hiring a plane, just to insult a stranger?

Why insult a religion with millions of followers? Buddhists deserve better than this kind of treatment.

Second, I'm a feminist and I believe in monogamy. BUT I DON'T CARE about Tiger Woods. He is a celebrity, but he's a private citizen. He's not like the disgusting liars in public office who preach a rigid, repressive "morality" and use my tax dollars to try to pass laws to enforce that on the rest of us -- while at the same time:

having sex with their mistresses in a church (Congressman Pickering),
driving his wife to and paying for her abortion because he's about to divorce her (anti-abortion Congressman Bob Barr),
soliciting undercover cops for gay sex in an airport bathroom (Senator Craig),
using tax money to visit a mistress in Argentina (Governor Sanford),
hiring prostitutes (Senator Vitter)
or paying for a semi-nude fake-lesbian bondage show (the Republican National Committee)
and sexually preying upon the young teen pages who serve in the House of Representatives (too many to name, except for the cover-up by Congressman Denny Hastert).

I want to leave Tiger alone. His affairs are none of my business. I don't want to read about them. I don't want to watch his family's suffering. I didn't vote for him or marry him, so I don't care and it's NONE OF MY BUSINESS.

Ankhorite, if it's none of your business then why the hell did you just write a frigging novel about how much you DON'T care? I will agree with you on the private citizen issue and that he shouldn't be held to the same standards as the skeezy politicians.

Frankly, it's hilarious. I'm a woman too - not a feminist - and honestly, if this whole Tiger thing brings out more D-bags like him that do this, then bring it on. Then maybe the next entitled jerk will think twice before sticking his 'you know what' where it doesn't belong.

However, I will agree with the next poster who thinks the banner is a waste of money. It certainly could have gone towards a better purpose.
