Dorothy Hamill: If I Weren't A Woman, I'd Be Gay

Dorothy Hamill continues to keep busy. The 1976 Olympic figure skating gold medalist hosts skating events and mentors young skaters -- both in Baltimore (where she lives) and at the national level.

She also apparently does not hesitate to provide candid sound bytes during interviews. On monday, the figure skater was asked by what is most special about being a woman. Her response? "If I hadn't been born a woman I would have certainly been gay." Visit Fox411 to see why.

In February, Hamill admitted that she "hated my short hair."
