Paul Marcarelli, aka the "Verizon Guy", has sold his Greenwich Village apartment for $1.255 million.
Marcarelli, famous/infamous for asking "Can you hear me now?", bought the two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment for $1.19 million back in pre-crash 2006. While he still managed to make a little cash on the place, it seems he was forced to cut the original asking price of $1.425 million down a bit.
The apartment is on the second floor of 41 5th Avenue, built in the 1920s.
Aside from doing Verizon Wireless commercials, Marcarelli is also the co-founder of a theater company, Mobius Group Productions.
