Diane Sawyer interviewed Marshall Goldsmith, author of the new book "Mojo: How to Get It, How to Keep It, and How to Get It Back If You Lose It" for the ABC World News Conversation today, and got some tips on how to maintain your personal mojo. Goldsmith defines the word as "a harmony between what you feel inside and what you appear to be on the outside," and explained that when confronted with a problem, we can either change ourselves or change our environment in some way, and that thinking about these two options is the only way to be successful in finding a solution. Goldsmith gave tips about how to ask for a raise, as well as general advice on leading a fulfilling life.
