I am not a fan of her "style" and I'm always left scratching my head when she's put up on a pedestal for it. She pulls frocks out of the past that are better left there; I find her style old and dowdy.

Chloe has that certain something that says STAR where ever she goes. Her sartorial tastes are iffy if not specific to her unerring eye for the sublime. I don't get her smug attitude towards the press whom she so assiduously courts. It's the Connecticut coming out in her.

It's not really a cape since it has sleeves. Looks like some kind of hybrid cape. I do like it for the rainy season. She is quite the hip-trend-setter.
