Sonsoles Espinosa, wife of Spain's Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, and arguably one of the world's most fashionable first ladies, stepped out to the Cervantes Prize ceremony at Alcala de Henares University last Friday in Madrid. She wore all black, as she and her daughters are known to, but avoided looking gloom-and-doom with a textured coat and gold hoop earrings:
