PR princess Ali Wise will reportedly take a felony plea deal this morning that will keep the former Dolce & Gabbana publicity director out of jail and in her heels.

Wise was busted for breaking into multiple voicemail systems to listen in on and delete messages for her ex-boyfriends' new girlfriends.

Wise was caught using "SpoofCard" software which enabled her to hack into her alleged victims accounts a reported 337 times.

With the plea, Wise won't see a day behind bars, a source tells the New York Post, and her conviction will be downgraded to a misdemeanor if she completes her community service.
